Hi, I’m Jen!

I love working with people from all walks of life and bring a unique mix of experience to therapy. I spent over a decade as a public school teacher, so I understand the challenges educators and students face. Additionally, I’ve also worked in the corporate world in leadership roles within the mental health field, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the complexities of work-life balance and personal well-being.

Originally from Michigan, I’ve been calling Texas home for the past 25 years. My approach to therapy is direct, insightful, and often sprinkled with humor. I believe in keeping things real— offering both support and a little push when needed to help you gain clarity and make meaningful changes.

I accept major insurance plans and offer private-pay options for more flexibility. If you’re dealing with personal struggles, relationship challenges, or work stress, I’m here to help.
